Watan Institute of Medical Science – WIMS, is a Peshawar based Medical Institute, established in 16th April, 2021, by a group of Tribal Educationists, Business Developers and Legal experts, with a vision to contribute in promoting quality medical education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa – Pakistan. The founders of the subject institute deeply aware of the locality and need of the medical education, especially for women and girls, keeping in view the girls education in the area and need of the health education.
The mandate of the Institution is to provide quality health education and produce professionals with practical skills, to serve the local community, especially women, being marginalized and deprived segment of the society.
The factor that distinguish WIMS from other Medical Institutes in the locality, is providing indoor practice facility, active OPD, equipped Labor Room, Medicines Classes and Friday – is a practical day for the students.
